    Good For Gaining Work Experience In The Challenging Way
    The good things- Good and friendly colleagues - opinions and suggestions are heard and welcomed in meetings. - Pleasurable working atmosphere - Vast sections of knowledge and skills can be learned even from a single task. - Learning the know-how of dealing in work related issues and PICs - developing soft skills. - Given opportunities to try something new in the scope - opportunities to take on and lead project/responsibilities, hands on experience.
    The challenges- Excessive manpower cutoff quantity - affecting departmental activity effectiveness - Too much responsibility and scope to be handled per person (3-4 positions of work scope to be assigned only to one person, no assistants), exceeding capability and reducing work effectiveness - No overtime pay for office staff, even though working until over office time is almost normal daily. - Benefits and bonuses are not as equal to work scope and load.
