A great place to grow and gain experience
The good thingsProvides a friendly working environment where effective communication is practiced throughout all levels of employee as well as with the students. It is a great place to gain knowledge, skills and experience. One may learn the skills of multitasking. It is also a place that allows us to show our real talent to the industry.
The challengesThe challenges of any higher education system are merely the same: competition, rapid growth of the industry, rank and recognition, and so on. However, all can be managed with great cooperation from every individual of the company. In addition, everyone needs to keep themselves updated in order to equip the students with the updated knowledge, skills and experience of the industry.

I have worked as a Special Officer to VC & English lecturer
The good thingsI loved the working environment. Somewhat was emotionally bounded to them. Although the pay was low, I enjoyed working there and felt like a family. The management was pretty supportive and creativity and ideas are always welcomed. The higher management was reasonable and very attentive to issues concerning employees.
The challengesThe pay was too low. The company could improve in terms of providing more platform for employees' self development. There were too much of freedom and flexibility given to the employees, which is good however lack of monitoring measures that some employees exploit the freedom given. There are several quality issues that could be enhanced in order to secure good image and sales.
