    Good working relationship between colleagues .
    The good thingsA lot of activities through out the year. Never ever you would feel the company is boring or dull. Birthday and festive celebration are the best thing that you will want to experience here. Good boss and great learning environment.
    The challengesSmall company. Scope limited to outsourcing and nothing more. Good for people who plan to settle down in Recruitment line and love doing passive sales. Great commission awaits. One the few recruitment agency that give high Commission rate.

    The good thingsDecisions can be made quite easily. Having great colleagues around all the time where everyone is helping out each another to achieve sales target

    A great learning place
    The good thingsInstill work life balance working culture. Work is flexible and can be done anywhere not restricted to office bound. The management are very supportive, give opportunity to learn, room to made mistake and learn from it. The opportunities for career development is open for all without bias as long as you able to achieve the target given.
    The challengesFor a new recruit, it is tough if you're not sales driven. The number will follow closely every month and to close a deal with a good company is difficult. Requires a lot of patience, target driven with good persuasion skill.

    Great working environment!
    The good thingsWorking here was not like working, more like a small family. We had a fun working environment and rewarding sales commission. The sales commission is one of the best in the recruitment agency market. Another great thing is the employer puts a lot of trust in the employees and we respect it. We don't have to punch in and out of work, all based on trust.
    The challengesOne of the challenges is to reach sales target, but this is a common thing in sales environment.
