    Salary very low & most of the employees are not professional & uneducated.
    The good thingsFair physical working environment of manufacturing process.
    The challengesThe top level management people are usually busy apple polishers. If you are professional, highly educated & experienced; you will have a difficult time working with your co-workers & subordinates.

    The good thingsLike working with family, due to most of the staff are local people, have a good working culture, that committed towards the QMS. A good boss that always support the staff and salary is on time. and also there is a staff from great academic background, makes thing easier to liase
