    A COMPANY WHERE YOU CAN UPSKILLS YOURSELF IN TERMS OF CAREER PATH
    The good thingsStarted my internship here in HRA dept, and after my internship, I was offered as a full time Jr HRA Exec after they evaluated my performance. From the industrial training experience, it has benefited me immensely in the sense that I was able to apply theoretical knowledge in practice. As an intern, this journey is a stepping stone for me to excel in my career path. So far, my journey with Snowflake has helped in enhancing my soft skills, such as communication, time management, thinking, problem-solving, and leadership. And about the superiors and directors, they are excellent people to work with, always being supportive to each other and the key that pushes you to do better.
    The challengesSo far, everything is good. But, in my opinion, every workplace must have challenges. I am someone who believes that every challenge is an opportunity for me to improve, learn from and to do better.

    I can balance my study and work.
    The good thingsThe working hours are flexible as I can balance my study and earn some pocket money at the same time. Staff are friendly and helpful, they are willing to teach new staff and help each other.
    The challengesThe company should place the appropriate amount of staff to work to be optimum, not too many or too less such as too many staff will affect the efficiency of work as the area of the working area is small and complicates the job.

    The good thingsTeam at Sunway Pyramid do bond together and also the manager and the PICs here plan some activity with us.Example,o=playing badminton together or like go mamak together after work. Other than that,regarding their age and rank they take each other compain and compliments
    The challengesI think the only downside working at snowflake are that theres like a few person who like always talk to much rather than do their work.Other than that all good :)

    working here is like hanging out with your friends as mostly all of them are around your age group so there ain't gonna be social gap issues . very vibrant and energetic team of youngsters
    The good thingsworking doesn't feels like working here in this environment as all the peers and superiors will make you feel comfortable and light hearted all the time . you can crack your jokes and tease here and there without restrictions . happy environment keeps the work quality produced much better in my opinion . you wouldn't notice how fast time passes here and in a blink your shift ends quickly making you longing for the next day . teamwork is the foundation that makes work smooth here
    The challengesjust like in any F&B industry , the customers tend to be in different moods and variety and also because of the familiarity of the Snowflake brand makes it a hotspot for family and friends . you can expect never ending ques so just got to be mentally prepared for that . besides that i haven't got a word to say
