Be aware of the offer letter. There is no notice given by employer under probation period but employee need to give notice. NOT FAIR.
The good thingsThe office environment is good. Free parking
The challengesThink twice about accepting the offer. Work load up to head. For the sales team position, the employer contribution for EPF will silently eat you 1% The face looks good and talk good but the heart is not gentlemen. The staffs there like to make their own group and play politic.

The good thingscompany trip is happening all year, 9-5.30 but not later than 6.30. boss will get angry if we're still in office during that time, quite danger here. SAFETY is a no compromised. easy to be a target of snatchers. colleague is superb, (some only)
The challengesu need to manage ur time to settle your job, to many job here, admin side will have to do everything from delivery arrangement, invoices, to return and service. some time u dont have much time to do your filing.. this will effect other people to help u to do the filing. and sometimes u even have to come on saturday just to help the warehouse people to solved their problems with sparepart or stocks
