    The good thingsIt is a new internet player with aim to break the monopoly in the telco market by providing affordable broadband service to malaysians. The cable technology being used have tremendous capability and been a success worldwide. As a startup company, there is much opportunity to learn and gather experience.
    The challengesMany critical management decisions were made by the share holder with little participation by the high level management team. High staff turnover cannot be avoided due various issues pertaining staff payments. The career growth looks bleak as after 3 years in business, the organization has yet to stabilize its operation.

    Good Career future but bad management
    The good thingsThe good thing is they are ISP (similar to tm hypptv) and you can learn alot thing here. but the management is not good. the way they doing bussiness they dont pay to the vendor. after some time they change to another vendor. they dont pay EPF & income for employees as well, eventhough they already deducted the money from the monthly salary.
    The challengesno drinking water, no toilet paper provided. some time not even has water to flush toilet
