    Not as good as it seems
    The good thingsThe management did a really good job by creating a comfortable environment without stress that the employees are willing to compromise for other things...such as salary and benefits packages. They claim to be transparent on the company sales target which determines the bonus, but never see the updated sales result while working with them.
    The challengesManagers don't know what they want, all are confused. when a solution is given, it will be rejected by saying it is not what they had expected.

    The good thingsWhen i first join on 2014 til may 2017 th journey was extremely great. Management team treat everybody fair and always look forward to make their employees happy.
