    The good things- Allowance/Salary on time - Celebration of staff's birthdays and farewell lunch - Co-worker are nice towards you, but you have to be friendly and open to them
    The challenges- Everybody have no time to teach you if you are an Intern or a newcomer. - No training provided, expected you to learn it yourself or you have to ask them frequently. - Stressful working environment. - Mistakes aren't take lightly

    The challengesNo yearly leave before 1 year of service. Any kind of leave are not well received. The work culture is not healthy.
