Governance risks compliance implementation and maintenance.
The good thingsInternational diversity of colleagues and progressively transforming its administration. Sports management in action and different concepts of engagements of stakeholders.
The challengesIndependence; all functional expertise and competencies are class in their own rights. Someone like myself from financial institution corporate background benefits to AFC and likewise I also learn first hand the actions of sports management.

Good and Bad --- Precious Experience
The good thingsI was given the opportunity to lead a department and entrusted with big roles despite my young age. I learnt a lot due being in a minimal supervision management style and made me good in doing research and be independent. It also helps me to grow and realize that Job Satisfaction is important and no matter how old you are, you can bring the best out of you if you focus.
The challengesTo have a more transparent and consistent benefits and management style throughout the organization -- also to Promote a more \"open communication\" environment for the staff to be more comfortable to speak up and see their value in the organization and not only focusing on \"money\" as motivation.
