A company with experienced staff that could further improve its structured training for new staff
The good thingsThe company has many experienced staff with strong industry knowledge.
The challengesThere is limited capability in training new staff effectively. While team members are focused on their own responsibilities, there is minimal hands-on guidance for newcomers. There is no structured onboarding training provided, which makes it challenging for new staff to adapt and perform their roles.

Overall the experience is good despite the challenges.
The good thingsThe good thing is that you will always learn new information about attractions and activities.
The challengesSet tight or unrealistic timelines for completing tasks which can make it more difficult to work independently and learn effectively.

A supportive place to grow and learn real industry skills as an intern
The good thingsSupportive colleagues and supervisors Hands-on exposure to real industry tasks (not just photocopying or watching) Learned how to handle logistics data, product profit analysis, and UOB/CTP transactions Friendly environment and approachable team Office sometimes had food! (small treats from the team – really appreciated as an intern!)
The challenges Workload can be a little overwhelming during peak days Not much exposure to client-side or fieldwork (depending on department)

A company with a solid foundation
The good thingsAOS achieved many local and international awards throughout 39 years in the Tourism Industry. Customer satisfaction derived from walking the 'extra mile', maintaining a high standard of integrity, and always striving for excellence. Their tagline, \"We Make The Difference\". Their greatest asset is their employees.
The challenges1. Need more systems to reduce manual work procedures. 2. Office conditions need to be improved. 3. Wearing uniforms may be better as it shows branding and standardization. 4. To conduct more recognised training for staff. 5. To train a 2nd man in all departments to reduce, \"I don't know\" when HODs are on leave.
