    A place for you to grow as a professional in the tourism industry, with collaborative team members, a supportive MD and GM, and well-trained HR professionals dedicated to your well-being.
    The good thingsHR is very strict about maintaining a positive company culture. Gossip and drama are not allowed. They practice an open-door policy, where every employee can voice their concerns, and management takes feedback seriously, responding with proactive actions. The company genuinely cares for its employees. Staff may also request to work from home for up to two days per week, which is a great support for maintaining work-life balance.
    The challengesThe peak season runs from April to August, when everyone is busy, but in a positive way, as we know sales are coming in.

    The good thingsThe environment, the boss, the HR department. Gained so many experience here! Your skills will grow by working in Asian Trails. Hard to say goodbye to this company but due to Covid 19, I guess I just need to move on 🥲

    The challengesDo walk and talks We are heavily influenced by the physical environment in which we are in. If you want to change someone’s mood, it’s easiest to change their physical state first. So instead of having one-to-ones in your office, go for a walk and talk instead. You’ll find the fresh air, movement and relaxed nature makes people open up more easily.
