Careful, a lot of angry customers. Because management advertises free Returns for shoes bought online but don't reveal that if the buyer accepts a discount or buys already discounted shoes (which is practically all of them online), no returns allowed. Unless the shoes are bought from the .sg site (sound familiar?). The customer only finds out after payment made & return initiated though. So Malaysian customers getting wrong size are stuck with an unwearable pair.The good thingsThe product is excellent, but let down by local aftersales, which am not even certain is local our outsourced to our neighbour.
The challengesI enjoyed being a customer of their products, especially when I got the size correct. I buy shoes for others too, not just myself.
