I had a disappointing experience with this agency Scheduled calls were repeatedly missed without any notice or follow-up, despite confirming the time, this happened more than once. Professionalism was lacking here. If the client had moved forward with another candidate, a simple update would have been appreciated. It would have shown respect for the time invested. It feels like they don’t value or respect people’s time. Hope this feedback helps improve the experience for other candidates moving forward, pls value candidates’ time.
The good thingsEasy to get in touch at the beginning
The challengesUnprofessional handling of candidate experience. Scheduled calls were missed multiple times with no follow-up, they don’t respect candidate’s time.

The good thingsThey employed many young people.
The challengesThe management is pretty weak. They are not helping the employees to growth but they expect the employees to earn money. Very limited career development. Very "Cina Man" company.

It is a great opportunity to work as a intern here.
The good thingsLearned about the procedure and skills as a recruiter such as conflict management with the candidates, communication skills and interviewing skills. Seniors here are friendly and willing to teach and lead us.
The challengesSince it is a recruitment firm, it would be quite competitive when you are searching for candidates and to hit the target is challenging.
