    The good thingsWorking proactively, you can learn a bunch here. The company is transparent, flexible and motivating. Either developing your career here or elsewhere, definitely adding value to yourself.
    The challengesSales Executive holds a huge resonsibility as the team is the front line of the company performance. It takes great self discipline to achieve great results, although the seniors can help, it still comes down to yourself to improve as an inidividual
