    The challengesFSE major time to handling customer individually, work time too long in customer side, decision is from many different level internally, but FSE must face customer production. A fast action must provide to customer to overcome issue.

    The good thingsAppreciation and recognition for our effort in job. Strong teamwork with product group expertise. Great Place to Work since well established since 1975, with global presence in 30 countries. Team building activities where could build our relationship even stronger. Technical discussions for soft skill enhancement and build engineering way of think capabilities. Cross-training between different platform of equipment which benefit us process study and build troubleshooting skills.
    The challenges1. Dedicated technical discussions within team members to share the technical knowledge, in terms of process study, troubleshooting and root cause analysis. 2. Increase the chances of participating in technical discussions whenever needed to build our competency in knowledge and fluent communicating skills.

    My experience is only dealing with ASM machines
    The good thingsI enjoy work traveling to other country and give me the chance to expose to other different cultures and not just working at the same place
    The challengesMany mechanical, electrical, pressure, sensor principles are fully utilized here and it will take time to comprehend all since it is complicated after all

    unbalance of working life with familiy
    The good thingssome benefit has been improved (e.g Mileage , phone ,medical ...etc), still need some improvement (e.g medical/dental for employee & family , company housing or car loan ...etc)
