    This is just the tip of an iceberg
    The good thingsGood place for fresh grads to learn. Helpful colleagues. Got gym, badminton court and nice cafeteria with balcony view.
    The challengesNo proper training/guidance Too much meeting Micromanaging Cannot do own task peacefully - will affect performance - hence low bonus Might do job that is way above your pay grade & authority Very limited parking Men's surau no place for wudhu, need to take wuduk in toilet which is quite far.

    Great for experience, But Cannot Grow your career
    The good thingsFacilities very very good. Tools and equipment is all new and in good condition. Use latest system such as SAP. Can get many experience
    The challengesBut cannot grow your career, you need to go to another company that appreciate you better after you got experience here. They will always find another fresh graduate that they can pay very very low salary.
