The challengesVery Stress, No Work-Life Balance, No Benefit, Salary very low like cheap labour. Top Management Not good at all, no opportunity to develop higher career.

Low Pay, Benefit Cut
The good thingsHave buffets during the important festival only.
The challengesSalary is very low, Benefits been cut when merge, Top Management is not good in taking care for the Employee's Feelings, Works given too much and expects you like a robot can finish in one day.
