Been a very good experience learning work in a MNC. However, the issues highlighted to management was never resolved. Employee welfare is not the priority. Rather the cost cutting and revenue is the management's priorityThe good things1. Being deployed to work with high profile customers

The challenges1. Management not aware or purposely not disclosing the actual job scope and responsibility resulting in low salary expectations for a supposedly high salary role
