    Challenging and satisfying.
The good thingsThere are a lot of opportunities to present ourselves, to make a change and to make a difference. Managers are very supportive in growing our skillsets in an everchanging environment and standards. Hence, ASUS is a very good platform to hone our skills IF one is willing to seize the opportunities.
The challengesTo make a difference is to improve what have been established, that means proposing & convincing our colleagues, management, HQ & partners. A strong will is required to seek alignment and approval across multilayered organizations, which itself is challenging and satisfying at the same time.

Overall, excellent place for those who enjoy working in a team and want to grow
The good thingsFriendly and supportive environment, and there are lots of engagement activities that help bonding between colleagues. There’s also very little office politics, so we can focus on working together without much drama. Great place to learn and grow.
The challengesVery result-oriented and fast pace, so you’ll need to be adaptable and driven to keep up. It's challenging but it also means you can see the results of your efforts.

I would say it was a good experience for me working at the front desk receiving our products to repair mostly under warranty and to keep up with the time we scheduled it to be fixed and ready. Not forgetting the experience handling customers. I was in my final year of my degree at that time, so all and all I was very happy with the working experience.
The good thingsAsustek M Sdn Bhd was never stingy on paying OT.
The challengesIf we don't get the faulty part repaired on time, parts out of stock. These welcome complaints and sometimes angry customers.
