    The good things1. Friendly & supportive colleagues. 2. Positive trial and error environment. We are allowed to make mistakes and learn from it. 3. Open for new ideas which encourage staff to input value for the company and customer. 4. Standard working hours from Monday to Friday, rare cases of working overtime, work-life balance is there. 5. Wise decision to let staff work from home. In Malaysia, the covid outbreak is pretty serious, considering many are not vaccinated and cases rise above 10k every day, it's a wise decision from management to encourage work from home.
    The challenges1. Malaysia has one of the highest numbers of public holidays in the world, but because ATFX company is based in Hong Kong & UK, so we may not get as many holidays as we usually would if you were to work locally. 2. Due to its business nature, ATFX serves too many countries at the same time, so it's a challenge to cope and collaborate with different teams from overseas, being able to communicate and adapt are crucial in this company.
