    The good thingsGood team members & leader. Clean & nice environment, better than last time. Can learn a lot new things, need to catch up with dyson backlog but recently training new joiners. Can learn many things here.
    The challengesHigh workload. Many old staff went back, now hiring many local people so keep need to train them.

    The good thingsJoined with minimal knowledge, with the write person's guidance, you can grow career wise and also improve understanding and knowledge. Esp, engineers can can learn a lot because of multi tasking and being include all production related issues.
    The challengesLow in medical benefits. Position oriented. outcome derived. Not all employees will get supportive superior. A little internal politics.

    The good things1 1/2 yr have built me to be a strong independent woman. Met a lot of people as well as developed a very strong manufacturing knowledge. Supportive bosses and team!
    The challengesWorst parking lot or no parking at all. Very low with benefits, low rate of bonus, below average of increment even you work for a long period. Not taking care of worker’s welfare at all.

    Works so fast and make rush to newcomer, with the blurry production makes early morning sleepy and with beside working.
    The good thingsThe Good things is after long work time, got 30 mins rest, the worst is Operators got just 30 mins recess time also . The upper 30 mins rest got above supervisor/leader mood. Correction, actually recess time about 1 hour morning and evening half an hour
    The challengesThe challenges is very fast on production line, even newcomer also don't care running the line fast until they quantity jam..Even getting do tired causes time schedule runs with ego- hearted management.. Doesn't not care about the company environment.

    PLEASE DONT WORK HERE!
    The good thingsMake you to be independent and learn how to reduce the stress
    The challengesThe place is very dirty. The parking is very far and people park everywhere and not safe. They don't have a better schedule to make the process smooth. Always fighting each other. The HR is always looking a way how to cut your salary. Overworked and too many foreign worker with no experience even don't know how to speak English. Working environment is so sad
