    The good thingsThere are lots of benefits to being an AC employee for instance, we celebrate most of the cultural events, have great networking with people from all over the country, have friendly colleagues, have fewer hierarchy issues, have a strategic location, and top off all its company that encourages both personal & professional growth. It's a good company to start a career as a fresh graduate.
    The challengesWe have many experienced seniors, and it may be a challenge for the new generation as there will be a conflict of interest in terms of new ideas and opinions. Also, some of the jobs may require doing extra work after office hours which certainly poses challenges to work-life balance at times.

    The good thingsThe company focuses on human development, in which the opportunity to learn and grow is exponential. Management and leadership are commendable with some room for further improvement. The management works with a open policy to encourage stakeholders understanding and strategy buy in.
    The challengesCompany head within the region is cycled every 4-5 years which may bring along both good and bad practices. When that happens, all existing strategies and plans may be rejected and subsequently requested to re-evaluate.
