    The good thingsGood career starting as a chemical related background to gain experience. Well-organized system and good team work between coworkers.
    The challengesHave to deal a lot of hands-on work to gain knowledge and get a better guidelines for yourselves. Not much benefit but based on performance and project you will get a good bonus.
