    The good thingsi was allowed to work independently to meet the relevant KPi's. My Managers and Team were supportive to meet the targets.

    not that type of working environment you're looking for
    The good thingsLevel of workload depends on which account you're in. I handled accounts that doesn't have many workloads + less stressful. Managers, colleagues are all kind and helpful so just reach them if you have problems. Allowance is good compared to other companies. You can rest on weekdays and sometimes on weekend too (shift working hours)
    The challengesYou can't leave your desk for too long without any backups. You will only be doing the same job every time. You can't join company programs. Everyone in the office is minding their own business so you won't talk much. Do consider the job if only you can adapt to shift working hours, if not your mental health will be corrupted like me.

    The good things1. Flexibility. No company can beat Atos in terms of flexibility as long as you get your work done well. 2. Kind and approachable managers and management team 3. Career growth opportunity is definitely there if you are good at what you do. 4. Easy to apply for leave and get it approved. 5. Ability to work from home. 5. You can learn a lot. A great place to start and grow.
    The challenges1. Salary, increment, benefits is below par. Insurance coverage is bad. 2. Depending on your role and the project that you work for, the challenges differs. I've worked in an Amazing project and also a horrible one. So my experience varies. 3. Redundancy in work, crazy workload - This only applies to a specific project. 4. Be smart when it comes to office politics. Do not get involved :)

    Good peoples around you
    The good thingsLove to work with the environment and the colleagues. The TL being very supportive able to manage high volume incoming loads.
    The challengesThe manager keep changing the policy and too focus on agents discipline and adherence without knowing the loads and the issues agent's facing in the work process. Salary not increase after 4 years, and bonus not according to the KPI with absolutely not relevant reasons.
