    The good things1. Stable and attractive bonus 2. Great learning opportunity 3. Systematic management system
    The challenges1. Better bond and co-operation between colleagues 2. A lab manager who actually knows about chemical analysis and instrumental operation, so that he can give you a helping hand when you are really busy 3. You really have to be an interdependent person to survive there
