The good thingsI've really enjoyed working at this company. The people I work with, including my colleagues and supervisors, are really friendly. The environment here is great, and we all help each other learn and improve. It's a place where sharing knowledge is encouraged, which has been super beneficial for my personal growth.
The challengesHowever, there have been challenges. The rapid changes in project requirements can be demanding, requiring quick adaptability. Friendly and Supportive working environment
The good thingsMajority of the employees are friendly. The management is willing to listen to employee's needs. Able to finish work on time most of the time! Work-life balance! It is imposible to be strave during working hours as there are tons of foods and snacks in the pantry.
The challengesNeed to work in office. Has to be keep learning and facing new challenges.
