    Not recommended to accept their offer
    The good thingsThere is no good things to let you all know.
    The challengesIf you got an offer from this company, please think carefully before accept. There is no staff benefits like insurance cover. Annual leave is less than 14Days. For medical claim can use only 4 time, so you know how much company only provide. No bonus, No proper training and you need to be so independent. sometime you need to do other job that not from your experience.

    The good thingsCan't find any good things. Tech company with no idea of digital solutions and trend.
    The challengesToxic working environment and micro-manages staff with manual procedures and "fault finding" mindset. Performers are penalize to justify admin/staff.

    The challengesThe management sucks big time. I wouldn't recommend anyone to work here. No clear instruction and direction, no SOP, nothing. Instructions keep changing based on the management's mood
