    A great place to start if you want to build strong mental foundation in toxic working environment.
    The good thingsColleague and that's pretty much it.
    The challenges- Upper management expect great deal from employees but when it comes to compensations, employees is not being rewarded fairly - Upper management lack of transparency. - Micromanage managers - Outdated tech stack. Which implies there is no urgency to improve software quality and tech debt is not a priority - Barely minimum benefit (Basically as minimum as law required)

    The good thingsThis company is very dynamic from many aspect being from coaching the teams towards the goal and objectives to works and game player in project management. People in my team especially my juniors and my managers are young, energetic, brilliant and fantabulous. And I must say I am proud to be part of my team, they are fantastic and I had a lots of fun working with the company for many years.
    The challengesI think talents acquisitions and retentions is always the biggest challenge for most companies. However this can be improve by not only increase the staff / employee benefits but also create the stickiness of the employees towards working as a team or family in the company.

    The good thingsThe people are great and you will be exposed with real hands on projects experience. Projects are on continuous basis where you will not sit on bench to be signed with one.
    The challengesThere is a need for more resources to handle projects that is on going and new as well as to support the completed projects.
