    IT Division needs to be improved a lot
    The good thingsI learned about system integration with big companies here.
    The challengesWork-life balance and IT Management needs to be improved. A lot of projects with limited resources, tight deadline even weekend and holiday had to work to finish the project. So don't expect any holidays or weekends in this company. IT Management also need to thing about their employee's growth not only company's growth.

    Great place to experience many industry at one office
    The good thingsTo gain experience in Telco,E-Commerce,FMCG and Logistics all in one pisition....great exposure for me. Company culture is easy going and multi racial...everybody gets qlibg very well.
    The challengesMulti services...have to cope with changes fast, not exactly ideal for the 9 to 5ers...and the also rans.... Have a few primadonnas ....like anywhere else..
