    Go for the challenge
The good thingsable to work at an international level, not a position that sits and waiting for others to make it happen
The challengesManagement sometimes give too much freedom for the team to perform, and for those who wants hand guidance should look for somewhere else to work.

    Very bad working environment
The good thingsIf you are Keen on international exposure, it would be a good stepping stone, however if you are looking for personal growth and career growth ,please look at opportunities
The challengesManagement is ego, even with good established reputation in the industry , one man show, expect you to do everything , if you are beginner, here to learn is plus point otherwise I don't find any other benrfitial. Strongly not recommend anyone to join unless you can sustain ego management , work load exceed your pay and of course unreasonable expectations

    International Exposure but bad management
The good thingsHave a lot of chances to travel oversea and meet the client. Multi-tasking and able to learn a lot about gov procedure, legal, event, and tourism.
The challengesDo not provide training, micromanagement and doesn't trust the employee. You must be able to work all the job scope in one time. Stress and the management don't appreciate the employee's effort.

    International Exposure, Lack of Trust
The good thingsHighly demanding on the flexibility and cultural adaption. You will have the opportunity to deal with colleagues and customers from overseas.
The challengesWork/life unbalance. You would need to justify if you want to skip the overtime. Poor company system and management, typically old traditional Chinese style management with no trust among employees. Job scope uncleared, you have to learn and hand on everything even in other department.

The good thingsable to serve international clients, can learn a lot, hope to be able to grow together with the company
The challengeshigh turnover obviously due to high stress and pace, not suitable for those who require constant supervision, hope that the management team can all be consistent with the vision

    worst career path ever
The good thingsGood platform to train adaptability in terms of multi-tasking (due to constant manpower shortage), switching job responsibilities, company culture and working environment.
The challengesExtremely high turnover rate, unable to retain staff due to poor company culture and micro management. Office cleanliness is not well maintained, staff welfare is neglected, absolutely difficult in applying day off despite you have annual leave balance. Be prepared to explain yourself if you would like to leave the office on time everyday. There is no work/life balance in this company as you are responsible to attend to the company mobile phone even on your day off, after working hours and weekend.

    Great lesson in life
The good thingsGood for portfolio as the tasks handled were extremely demanding in terms of quality. Great training ground for environmental stress management and development of absolute independence.
The challengesLack of guidance, you're basically on your own. In contrast, micro management and no trust in the capabilities of the employees. In other words, you are expected to produce top quality work but there will be multiple layers of checking above you. Not recommended for internship unless you are ready to take on the challenge to work as a professional employee with much experience and excels in your job.

    Tough learning curve, but fulfilling
The good thingsCan see that the company is growing rapidly though going through a period of manpower shortage. However, experience learned by working with international colleagues is invaluable
The challengeshave to multitask a lot, on occasions have to handle stuff that is not familiar with, not a job for the faint-hearted, team members have high expectations on our performance.
