The challengesI hope the company can further improve staff benefits, particularly medical, dental, and optical coverage. As our hospital is one of the closest in Negeri Sembilan, it may be more convenient if additional hospitals could be considered as panel hospitals for staff insurance.
It would also be great to have more employee engagement initiatives such as team-building activities or company trips for all staff, which could help strengthen teamwork and morale.
