Extraordinary CompanyThe good thingsHaving a result oriented management team, sometimes you could (have to) make decisions by your own which is a good thing to learn and explore Everything By Yourself, or else your tasks wouldn't get in progress and being questioned later
If you're looking for career growth, climbing up corporate ladder to certain level is possible in this company as their turn-over rate is rather high, so there's always position available as long as you perform and adapt to their culture.
The challengesWork life balance is never a thing here, staffs are mostly multitasking (handling at least 3-5 person's job scope is common here) and OT is definitely this company's culture because staffs' physical and mental health and workload are never in their concern.
We are constantly in short of manpower even we feedback for months. But when there's staffs resign, only then suddenly a lot new staff come in to take over, or it could be no new staff at all then handover to existing staff.
