Don't join unless you know it
The good thingsDecent perks & benefit, environment is good
The challengesI'll make it short: - Management have no direction, decision only can be made by certain people - Majority of the employees are family or friends (you know) - High turnover rate - Nearly zero chance for promotion - Need to wear multiple hat as struggle to hire new staff due to unwilling to pay according to their expertise. Push to the lowest - Reluctant for changes & stubborn - Know how to talk but no action - Have to do your superior work as well

    Good environment and nice colleagues
The good thingsFamily oriented culture, all of the colleagues are very helpful in terms of guiding and helping when you first join the company. Good benefits as you will have chances to travel local or oversea for university conference. Good for fresh graduate to gain experience in communication as the jobs do involved a lots of counselling. You also have chances to organize a events if you're passion in events management
The challengesWhen it comes to KPI it might be a bit stressful and a lots of things to memorizes when you first join. Most of the managers are experience and work near to 10 years or more in this company, so sometimes they are too over confident which they refuse to listen to junior staff's opinions and advises. They will continue to follow the usual way they want and can't think out of the box.

    Good for fresh graduates
The good thingsFamily oriented culture. Most of the managers are senior and work very long with AUG, they are very experienced and knowledgeable. Most of the counsellors are very helpful and ethical, indeed this is the best education agency in Malaysia. Good company for fresh graduates who intend to venture in education career.
The challengesThis is not personal but just my observations. Most challenging part in this company not demanding students/parents but internal colleagues. As most of the managers have work near to 10 years or more in this company, so some of them are over confident and refuse to listen to staffs that have work lesser years than them. Some branches have office politics and cause good staffs to leave the company while management did not take any action to correct this mistake. Indeed this is a good company, hope management can reflect themselves in order to keep good staffs.

Good working environment, friendly colleague, helpful bosses
The good thingsAll of the working colleague are very friendly. Bosses are willing to teach, senior are willing to provide assist on everything even from different office. Team targeting is making less competition between colleague. Average everyone work with this company more than 6-8 years (including 90's)
The challengesIt might be quite tough at start as we need to memorizing a lot of information, required a lot of study and need to be up-to-date to guide student with more accurate pathway for them. Need to 5.5 days, as it is part of servicing industry.
