    Avoid Joining the Receivable Team
    The good thingsA lot of games where you can win e-wallet. Also, you will be getting gifts from the company for special celebrations and holidays.
    The challengesHaving a micro-managing boss and having to deal with not so friendly seniors. Heavy workload and difficulties in utilising your own leaves.

    People are nice
    The good thingsThe office mates are like a family. A lot of friends and nice environments. Everyone helps each another.
    The challengesThe company headquarters is not very supportive of the Shared service. Our bosses always fights for us but still cannot help much. System Oracle very messy.

    The good thingsThis is not the usual Shared Services company but has a lot of nice benefits. Management cares for staff a lot and willing to listen.
    The challengesThe business units are not very interested en to change. So whatever you know from other experiences can’t be shared for improvements.
