    Excellent Learning Environment for whoever interest
    The good thingsThe working environment here is good as employer is concern about the employee's birthday and every festivals of the year. Auto Count will have birthday celebration for the employees once in 2 months and prepare the relevant foods which match to the festivals. Pantry is fully equipped with Microwave and some light food such as bread, biscuits and cup Maggie for the employees which aimed to provide the employees with the feeling of comfort and more motivation on the daily task that the employee responsible to. Most of the colleagues here are friendly and willing to share when the new staffs are in doubt. Most of the employees here are able to cooperate with each other despite of races or religious. All of the employees are able to work together and sit together for lunch although from different department. Employer is also working hard on improving the products and work for new development to seek for the better interest both for the end users and employees.
    The challengesLack of flexibility of time and the lift of the building very slow. Although there are 4 lifts in the building but the lift system may need to update to increase the efficiency.

    The good thingsworking culture is good. Seniors and colleagues are friendly and willing to teach individuals. Would say its a great place to learn. And its work life balance environment.
    The challengesMore towards management decisions here. As for career development, it would take years to climb. As I said, its a great place to learn but might not a great place for career development unless you are an excellent staff. They could come out with better benefits for employees.

    Overall everything great
    The good thingsRegular working hours. Good working environment and friendly colleagues. Effective communication and teamwork among all departments. Pantry full of snacks. Sometimes activities will be held during festivals.
    The challengesPossess own transport travelling to office will be easier. Walking distance more than 1km from LRT Ara Damansara. There are not much options for lunch by walking distance except the neareast Citta Mall.

    The good thingsOverall is great. Work life balance. There are many enthusiastic seniors here who are willing to help you, fresh graduate are highly encouraged to join this company.
    The challengesIt takes 30 minutes to walk from lrt Ara Damansara to the company. If you don't have a car, better to prepare your own lunch box or delivery, otherwise, the only choice will be the Citta Mall...

    The good thingsOverall great. I am a person that loves to try different things out and so far this company had provided me different kind of opportunities to work on and leveling up myself in different areas. Enjoyable working environment and friendly colleagues.
    The challengesSlightly expensive to spend for lunch in the area within walking distance. If you drive out or prepare your own lunch then I guess it's not a problem after all.
