    good enviroments and good management plan
    The good thingsGood management plan to achive target & customer satisfaction , repairing ( fix right first time ) . This is a place to learn how to manage time , work plan , and solution for customers and staff . The team work also one of the reason why this company is very excellent .

    The good thingsYes because i can know a lot about cars. I can know a lot of administrative things. Can get more friends who knew how to repair cars. It's a bless to work here. The team is supportive. they know how to settle the thing by themselves.
    The challengesThe challenge is we have to face the customer. We have to slow talk with them. Soft spoken, and all the things.

    The good thingsGood facilities, work as family and everybody helping each other. Good Manager and healty enviroment. I love my job now.
    The challengeshealty challenge with friends and the same time help each other to settle some kind of problem. The manager also give some tips and give motivation to improved sales. That, i dont get other place before here.
