The good thingsyou have good opportunity to learn Microsoft stack technology and having chance to be MS Certified in area that u interested. company provide u all access to MS stack technology and u also will get involved with big name client in MY.
The challengesthe challenge here when u on bench/not in project. it's hard to justify and it will come an issue when come for review. also the kpi is set but not properly evaluate. management should think new way to evaluate their staff and promotion. tricky here if have good relationship then u have better future here. ;)

    Great learning and working experience
The good thingsOpportunity to work in big projects Microsoft certification Visual Studio Subscription + Azure credit Training Good culture and working environment Good benefit Value learning and performance
The challengesCompany is overly dependent on the key accounts. When the company is not getting new projects from the key accounts, many people will be unassigned to projects. Those who are unassigned, will be asked to take certification, which is still good. But not good for people who prefer real hands-on experience.
