    The good thingsthe challenges i had in resort during peak season, the environment and different culture that i adopt to.
    The challengesespecially during peak season which every weekend and during heavy rain as we are in the middle of sea. the more problem i face the more i learn.

    The challengesjoining here i would say you must have multitasking skills due when we are out of manning, you will be called to help other department such as housekeeping for striping or banquet for ballroom setup.

    The good thingsBeach resort with of difficulties arises. Make the environment very competitive in terms of sharing thoughts and ideas in improving the hospitality standard. Always giving chances to associate to implement any idea when the opportunity arises. Working with the team whom really willing to work in consistencies and achieve company target. The relation between owner and associates also look good.
    The challengesBeing assigned to look over other division port folio i.e. Engineering Department and Eco Friendly implementation. Being assigned to find out any technique and solution for eliminating the pest issues within the resort. Exposed to lots of vendors and contractors related to resort needs. The main concern is to upgrade the Resort standard and bring in good business for the company & control costs.

    The good thingsGreat product in place and facilities provided were excellent. Open to changes but it took a long waiting time for anyone to come up with a solution to change and hence left hanging.
    The challengesManpower supply was bad resulting many low quality and cheap foriegn labours were maximised
