    There have been recurring issues that have impacted team morale and overall productivity. A director with bad leadership approach that focuses more on personal recognition rather than collaborative success has created an environment where employees often feel undervalued and unheard. This has led to challenges in effective communication, as constructive feedback or differing opinions are sometimes dismissed. Moreover, there is a noticeable lack of trust in the management's skills and decision-making abilities. This has further eroded confidence among team members, making it difficult to foster a sense of cohesion and long-term growth. Decision-making appears to be driven by self-interest rather than the best outcomes for the organization or team

    It's good for experiencing working with European MNC company.
    The good thingsProper organization structure is always planned ahead and they strive to make it work. This means every employee has a leader/ manager from ITK side. They help you so you could do work better. This also means you wouldn't do something beyond your capabilities. Work process is structured properly to and not like some 'yes sir, anything goes' companies
    The challengesThere are lot of approvals to go thru because of the Geo location but they are constantly discussing so everyone is on the same page. Career development might also be an issue but this is normal for project based work.
