    The good thingsHybrid working mode...need to get approval...NO GOOD THINGS AT ALL, although have a lot of activities and events, not enough time to participate at all...
    The challenges1. SUPER HIGH OVER WORKLOAD NEED YOU TO STAYBACK AFTER WORK, OVERTIME REQUEST SUBJECT TO WORKLOAD AND OUTSTANDING. 2. NO WORK LIFE BALANCE 3. NEED TO WORK ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY AND EVENT ON PUBLIC HOLIDAY, DUE TO OVER WORKLOAD. 4. BETTER THINK CAREFULLY, TRIPLE TIMES BEFORE JOINING.
