    Good and Open Company
    The good thingsColleague is helpful, Management is good and open. Colleague is helpful. Company Procedure is up to date.
    The challengesSome colleague especially those work for a long time tend to be less patience towards the new guy/girls. When pointing out your error they tend to loop manager in the email.

    A great internship experience!
    The good thingsFlexibility and personal space are given importance. Besides, a number of development programs are held through out the year to improve the skills of the employees. Its a fun and encouraging environment to learn and develop your career!
    The challengesNo annual leave provided for interns is a big minus point, otherwise its definitely a great place to work.

    More experience gained than a regular intern in a different company can get.
    The good thingsGood working environment and friendly office mates that are ready to help for any company related matters. Supervisors really encourage us to learn more about how company system works and provide us with free e-learning programs and also other outsource links that are related to my specialization which is very helpful.
    The challengesMost of the things we learn here are totally new from what we study and we have to adapt to it as soon as possible and get our works going really efficiently. Competition is high to achieve good result.

    The good thingsCompany improve the staff benefit, e.g. there's replacement leave on next Monday if the Public Holiday falls on Saturday; Pantry is always full with the food; Maternity expenses is claimable; Office Parking fee will be included GST, etc.
