    This company is good in term of environment, and it hire mostly freshie, so it's a good start and a chance for freshie to get a job and early exposure to working life
    The good thingsThe environment is good in terms of nice college and support. Time also not too constraint as electronic company. It gives time for worker to take a break but within the reasonable limit.
    The challengesThe culture of working is not really satisfying in term of people too dependent on other people and some more.

    The good thingsYou will gain many experiences because you need to be multi-task technician. If you want to develop yourself and get many knowledge or love to self taught, i recommend here to start with fresh knowledge. You only need to be proactive.

    Intership at production setup
    The good thingsThe worker are very friendly, the enviroment also good.
    The challengesSomwtime part from the machine finished two or more at the same times, and then the setup also a bit tricky and hard but I can do it after several training

    The good thingslearn something new in chemical process, which means i am person not in background chemical engineering. that it something challenge that i need to face and others workers help a lot to understand all process that include in special process deparment
    The challengeslearns all process chemical in special process department such as anodizing, etching process NDT process and also painting process.
