Season of ChangeThe good thingsThe team members in my immediate faculty was mainly the reason for staying. The cohesion and teamwork was very strong. Some colleagues and knowledgable and willing to share. The business is rich in history and legacy.
The challengesCompany direction should be more fixated. A strong leadership is very much needed for the travel division. Lack of leadership, communication and care from management made it difficult to adapt and move forward. I would suggest for stronger strategic thinking on how to save a 45 year old legacy. I also recommend new blood to lead the company to greater heights. Talent management is very poor.
