AVILLION is the BEST !The good thingsApproachable managers and superiors, friendly colleagues, good working environment. Management team was pleasantly supportive and the entire work life balance was fun and interesting. This was my first job here and it gave me a good start to my career experience.
The challengesAll designing work done required approval from different level of managers which was acceptable for me but the difficult part was when each manager's feedbacks were different. It takes a little bit extra effort to try and consume the feedbacks and do the editing work according to each feedback to meet the managers requirements.
