    The good thingsStaff are friendly . Learn alot of things 0 to 100%
    The challengesMight be stress due to pressure. Should improve a lot of things importantly the condition of the resort which is run down and make the staff as a scapegoat for all the complaint. Should give appreaciation for all the staff.

    The good thingsThis company prepare meals for their staff everyday! The pantry has aircond and very comfortable.

    The good thingsCamaraderie is high, time past fast though working for 12 hours plus shift. Hotel ran by an well-known organization in travel industry. A high rated hotel with proper management.
    The challengesLong working hour, high turnover rate due to the stress and workload of the job. Lack of holidays and constantly being called back to work on off day.
