    The challengesWork and family life is usually unbalanced. No EPF or SOCSO contributions in contract position. Expenses in handling events and travelling comes out of your own pocket first. Career development is limited.

The management of this organisation is perfectly being managed well or I can say excellent. They really have a proper management system. So far of so many company I worked with Avon Cosmetics is the BEST managed.
    The challengesI have many chance to interact and work with Avon Cosmetic ambassador which they are top celebrity in Malaysia. Here I also able to experience the whole procedure of professional model and product photography from searching for location to wardrobe and right until to the final production.
