    The good thingsNot much good here. Just basic benefits that you can get from any other companies
    The challengesThey hold you for 2 months before you can resign. New company is not going to wait that long. Just make your life harder. Your performance is not measured properly no matter how hard you work. As a result, they give whatever bonus or increment they wish or do not give at all. There is no room for growth and to showcase what your capabilities are. You are just here to work your rear off and finish your work at the end of the day. Minimal to no recognition about work achievement. That's it. A dead-end job.

    The good thingsMy boss always give me the opportunity to give ideas/suggestions on certain things. They give me chance to learn and teach me something that I don't know. This is the place where you can grow your career

    The good thingsCondusive enviroment of workplace is the best thing ever. A lof of activities/program conducted and encouraged employees to participate.
    The challengesAn attitude of several employees who reflect the bad behaviour is always being the biggest challanges in this company. A proper guideline/SOP is not well practice makes everything become messy and not in order.

    The good thingsGood working environment, I like the cosy breakout area when you can sleep or just relax and watch videos with wifi. Friendly workmates and some fun activities, festival parties and superb annual dinner with great lucky draw prizes or everyone. Can earn good money if work hard and many allowances. Overall it is a good place to build your career as long as you are smart and hardworking.
    The challengesThey need to hire more people to have work life balance. Improve on benefits, especially dental and optical to be at par with other MNC companies. Provide bigger pantry area and meeting room.

    The challengesPoor employees benefits compared to other MNC. Lack of office facility, small and poor pantry. At times, operations seems unorganized due to poor manpower management.
