    Best second chance after rejoining
The good thingsRe-joined Axiata in Dec 2020, after a hiatus of almost 6 years from 1st stint. Great bonding with colleagues within Corp Centre and OpCos. Bosses are fair towards staff and everyone is caring towards one another, similar to 1st stint. Opportunities to take different type of roles are abundant i.e I have to learn to project manage while retaining my hat as tax expert in cross discipline projects and M&A exercise. Feel fulfilled as I am able to undertake initiatives that I initially unable to do during 1st stint due to various challenges.
The challengesEach department/OpCo would have different culture or customs that one must understand and learn, emphasis on rules & procedures that can be daunting to new staff. Not a complaint, however additional monthly Boost credits would nice!

It's a place where going the extra mile is the norm.
The good thingsA good place to learn and be challenged to do better and always look for what's next
The challengesIt is a group of highly motivated, challenged, and dynamic individuals who will keep you on your toes. When you leave, you'll have a sense of accomplishment.

Your core mission and culture suit what i offer as a professional
The good thingsA good job pays enough to cover the bills and basic needs. A good job makes it possible to achieve a balance between work life and home life. A good job motivates an employee to want to do it well.
The challengesWhen an employee is working on a project, it's important for them to understand what you expect from them so that they are best prepared to deliver satisfactory results. When an employee does not know what their goal is, it can lead to inefficiency from a lack of focus or from performing work that does not fit into the larger goals of the project.

    Room for career development
The good thingsThis company exercises flexibility of working hours since last year introduced the dress-down code. Generally, since they are still working on digital transformation there are much rooms for improvement & workers also get to learn & move out from their comfort zone and started to be more agile & dynamic
The challengesSince the digital transformation is still WIP, hence there are several loopholes here & there, but nothing that cannot be solved by the team.

    Awesome!
The good thingsI am happy with the way they operate and with the way they treat me and the way they treat their staff in general. They're good employers. They've taught me a lot; I've gained a lot of experience and I feel appreciated by them for the results I achieve and, generally, as a member of their team.
The challengesIt’s an excellent company that afforded me many fine experiences. I couldn't think of anything in terms of the company's weaknesses.
