    The good thingsEnvironment is good and the team is very easy going and friendly. They helped me a lot in my growth and the management is very willing to give opportunity to us as well. I have learnt alot not only on my mindset but my skill set as well.
    The challengesThe pressure is normal here, it depends on you how you handle it. If you are self-motivated, you will cope with it. In short, you are faced with challenge everywhere, the difficulty depends on how you handle it.

    The good thingsfriendly, cozy working environment. a leader that willing to listen to our needs. very caring, considerate management. politic working environment is strictly prohibited. learning path A to Z is available if you really wan to brush up your skills. company activities will be arranged to increase the bonding within colleagues. Positive working environment, you will learn how positive thinking can drive your sucess.
    The challengesDepends on how one look at it. when it comes to benefit it not necessary to count on MONEY but count on OPPORTUNITY that you will get from the company. If you need money there's alot company out there can offer, but if you need opportunity and chance to be an e-entrepreneur, this is the best place for you
